Scout expresses interest when signing up for MB class. Scout expresses interest when signing up for MB class. MB Counselor announces training schedule. Scouts interested in MB class contact MB Counselor. Scout expresses interest with Scout Master.
MB Counselor Recommendation Summer Camp provides MB Counselor. MB College provides MB Counselor. MB Counselor announces availability. Scout asks Scout Master for MB Counselor recommendation.
Blue Card Summer Camp administration manages Blue Cards. Scout asks Scout Master for Blue Card prior to attending MB College. MB Counselor manages the blue cards. Scout asks Scout Master for Blue Card prior to starting MB.
Completing  Requirements Scout attends class.

MB Counselor tracks attendance and completed requirements.

Scout attends class.

Scout responsible for getting MB Counselor to sign Blue Card before leaving MB College.

Database Entry Summer Camp Chairman submits Summer Camp report to Advancement Chairman. Scout sends copy of Blue Card to Advancement Chairman. MB Counselor submits report to Advancement Chairman. MB Counselor distributes Blue Cards. Scout sends copy of Blue Card to Advancement Chairman.
Partial MB MB’s are seldom completed during Summer Camp, MB Colleges or Troop Training. To complete a partial MB, the Scout asks the Scout Master for a Blue Card and a MB Counselor recommendation. The scout contacts the MB Counselor and completes the remaining requirements. The MB Counselor signs the Blue Card. Last step is for the Scout to submit the completed Blue Card to the Advancement Chairman.
