In lieu of our Troop meeting, we will be meeting at 5:30 PM on Monday, May 20th at the church parking lot/trailer area for our Community Service Clean-up activity under the bridge near the Parker Road/Spring Creek intersection.  We will need to have permission slips signed for this activity, so please be sure to sign one for each scout when you drop them off! If you get there a little late, then meet us on site, but remember to sign the permission form before leaving your scout. Each scout should wear clothes and shoes/boots that can get DIRTY and WET! Bring/apply bug spray to be safe. Bring a change of clothes/footwear if you want to get out of wet and dirty clothes afterwards. Bring garden gloves & hat/sunglasses if you have them. Long sleeve shirts wouldn’t be a bad idea due to possible poison ivy and the like. We’ll cover safety procedures and rules before heading over and be leaving to our spot by 5:45. We’ll be providing the bags/supplies for the trash. Let’s see who can find the most unusual items! See you there. Call me if you have any questions.
